Delivery
We ship within Australia only. For overseas enquiries please contact us at sales@bettapumps.com.au
Items are generally despatched via courier but may be sent by Australia post if that is more suitable. We aim to despatch orders from our premises within 1-2 working days.
If any item is not in stock it may take a few days to receive from our suppliers. We shall advise you by email if any item on your order is back- ordered and in the case of a large order we will usually deliver the in-stock items and forward any back-ordered items as soon as they are available.
Delivery is by Courier direct to your nominated address therefore your delivery address must be a street address and NOT a Post Office Box or RMB.
We use reputable freight companies and couriers accross the country and they adopt the following delivery process:
- Our Courier will deliver the goods to the address nominated by you and obtain a signature for proof of delivery;
- If for any reason our Courier is unable to deliver the goods they will leave a card advising of the unsuccessful delivery. You will then need to ring the number on the card to arrange for another delivery;
- If you live in a rural area, our courier may contact you to organise a mutually convenient and secure location for delivery of the goods;
Confirmation.
Please ensure you enter all information correctly. When you provide a valid email address when ordering online at www.bettapumps.com.au, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
Warranty and Returns Policy.
All products sold by www.bettapumps.com.au are quality products from major industry suppliers and are covered by full manufacturer's warranty.
However, should you receive a product that is faulty, please contact our Customer Service Officer by email at sales@bettapumps.com.au with details of the problem and your contact details. We will then contact you to discuss the item and decide on the necessary action as detailed below. We may require you to return the product to us.
We will replace a product or provide a refund including additional freight charges incurred, if:
- You receive a product that is deemed to have a material or manufacturing fault;
- The product becomes faulty during its warranty period;
- You receive a product that has been damaged in transit.
